Delivery

Our internet store provides you made-to-order products, therefore immediately after you complete your order, it is sent to our manufacturers (more about it in Quality and safety). The production time usually takes up to two weeks. Completed items are packaged with great care and sent to you. Delivery time of the products depends on the selected method and the address which you specify in the check-out procedure. The time for delivery will not be essential to the contract between us.

Ordering

You may order items from the store by filling a completed order form through the check-out procedure. Order form consist of strict description of the item you are willing to buy, either it is pre made model or personalized one. We will confirm acceptance of your order by e-mail to the address you have given. Sending of this order confirmation makes the contract between us

Cancelling orders

You may cancel your order by notifying us in writing at any time until we have dispatched the products. Order statuses (confirmed, dispatched etc.) Are available on the website you only need to enter order number.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we ship our items to all EU countries, Norway, Switzerland, mainland USA and Canada.

How Can I Return a Product?

We accept returns. You can return undamaged items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.

Please bear in mind that irregularities in wood pattern and minor, naturally occurring wood cracks are not considered as defects.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can place an order without prior registration. Your account will be created automatically, when you fill in order details.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order

Yes, You can modify your order within a week after placing one. You may change color, finish or other properties. To do that, please contact us by email.

You may cancel your order in 48 hours after order is placed.

Buying online is 100 per cent safe. We are properly registered company, and we use only reliable payment gateways, such as PayPal and Paysera.
